Examination — authority of board — may obtain services of specially trained persons. — The board shall conduct all examinations, determine which applicants have successfully passed the examinations and recommend each such applicant to the division for licensure as a professional landscape architect. The board may obtain the services of specially trained and qualified persons or organizations to assist in conducting examinations of applicants for licensure.
