Title XXII OCCUPATIONS AND PROFESSIONS Chapter 335 • Effective - 28 Aug 1999 335.061. Reinstatement of license, when — inactive status, board may provide for. — 1. Any licensee who allows his or her license to be placed on inactive status as provided in sections 335.011 to 335.096 shall be reinstated as provided by sections 335.011 to 335.096 and by rule and regulation. The board may by rule and regulation provide for an inactive license status. In the event the board shall refuse to renew the license pursuant to one of the provisions of this section and related requirements for relicensure, the individual may appeal to the administrative hearing commission pursuant to the provisions of section 621.120. 2. Any licensee who allows his or her license to lapse by failing to renew the license as provided in sections 335.011 to 335.096 shall be reinstated as provided by this chapter and by rule and regulation. The board may by rule and regulation provide for a lapsed license status.
