Nurse education incentive grants — definitions. — As used in sections 335.200 to 335.203, the following terms mean: (1) 'Board', the state board of nursing; (2) 'Department', the Missouri department of higher education and workforce development; (3) 'Eligible institution of higher education', a Missouri institution of higher education accredited by the higher learning commission of the north central association which offers a nursing education program or an approved virtual institution, as defined in section 173.1102, that offers a nursing education program; (4) 'Grant', a grant awarded to an eligible institution of higher education under the guidelines set forth in sections 335.200 to 335.203. -------- (L. 1990 H.B. 1429 § 1, A.L. 2011 H.B. 223 & 231merged with S.B. 325, A.L. 2023 H.B. 417)
