Title XXII OCCUPATIONS AND PROFESSIONS Chapter 335 • Effective - 20 Jul 2017, see footnote *335.415. Head of the nurse licensing board defined. — 1. The term 'head of the nurse licensing board' as referred to in section 335.390 of this compact shall mean the executive director of the Missouri state board of nursing. 2. This compact is designed to facilitate the regulation of nurses, and does not relieve employers from complying with statutorily imposed obligations. 3.
