Educational requirements deemed met, when. — For purposes of commencing and obtaining the postdegree supervised experience as provided in sections 337.010 to 337.090, an applicant shall be deemed to have met the educational requirements, either upon the conferral of the formal degree or at the time when all of the degree requirements established by the recognized educational institution for the degree have been met with the sole exception that the degree has not been formally conferred at a graduation program and the institution so certifies in writing to the committee. -------- (L. 1989 H.B. 738 & 720)
