Discrimination prohibited. — No official, employee, board, commission, or agency of the state of Missouri, county, municipality, school district, or other political subdivision shall discriminate between persons licensed under sections 337.010 to 337.090 and chapter 334 when promulgating regulations or when requiring or recommending services which legally may be performed by persons licensed under sections 337.010 to 337.090 and by persons licensed under chapter 334. -------- (L. 1989 H.B. 738 & 720)
