Discrimination against social workers in promulgation of rules prohibited. — No official, employee, board, commission, or agency of the state of Missouri, any county, any municipality, any school district, or any other political subdivision shall discriminate between persons licensed under sections 337.600 to 337.689, when promulgating regulations or when requiring or recommending services that legally may be performed by persons licensed under sections 337.600 to 337.689. -------- (L. 2004 S.B. 1122)
