Title XXII OCCUPATIONS AND PROFESSIONS Chapter 338 • Effective - 28 Aug 2018, 2 histories 338.130. Compensation of board members, personnel. — 1. Each member of the board shall receive as compensation an amount set by the board not to exceed fifty dollars for each day devoted to the affairs of the board, and shall be entitled to reimbursement of the member's expenses necessarily incurred in the discharge of the member's official duties. 2. The board may employ such board personnel, as defined in subdivision (4) of subsection 11 of section 324.001, as it deems necessary to carry out the provisions of this chapter.
