Title XXII OCCUPATIONS AND PROFESSIONS Chapter 340 • Effective - 28 Aug 1999 340.250. Temporary or provisional license, board's exclusive authority. — The rights granted by the board to a holder of a temporary or provisional license under sections 340.246 and 340.248 are exclusive. A temporary or provisional license issued under sections 340.246 and 340.248 may be revoked by a majority vote of the board without a hearing. The board's exclusive authority shall be clearly stated on the temporary or provisional license and the application and is a condition for the issuance of a temporary or provisional license. -------- (L. 1992 H.B. 878 § 25, A.L. 1999 S.B. 424)
