Title XXII OCCUPATIONS AND PROFESSIONS Chapter 340 • Effective - 28 Aug 1999 340.252. Display of license, certificate, permit. — A person issued a license, certificate, permit or other authority issued under sections 340.200 to 340.330 shall conspicuously display such license, certificate, permit or other authority in the person's principal place of business or employment or as otherwise provided for by board rule.
