Continuing education course, examination may be required. — Before restoring to good standing a license, certificate, registration or permit issued under sections 340.200 to 340.330, which has been revoked, suspended, surrendered or is in an inactive state for any cause for more than two years, the board may require the applicant to attend such continuing education courses and pass such examinations as the board may direct. -------- (L. 1992 H.B. 878 § 34)
