Title XXII OCCUPATIONS AND PROFESSIONS Chapter 340 • Effective - 28 Aug 1992 340.292. Severability. — If any clause, sentence, paragraph, section or part of sections 340.200 to 340.330 or the application thereof to any person or circumstances shall for any reason be adjudged by any court of competent jurisdiction to be unconstitutional or invalid, such judgment shall not affect, impair or invalidate the remainder thereof, and the application thereof to other persons or circumstances, but shall be confined in its operation to the clause, sentence or paragraph, section or part thereof involved in the controversy, in which such judgment shall have been rendered and to the person or circumstances involved, except as provided in section 340.210. -------- (L. 1992 H.B. 878 § 46)
