Veterinary technician, board to register. — The Missouri veterinary medical board shall be responsible for registering any person who wishes to practice as a veterinary technician in this state and shall limit, restrict, supervise and define such practice by board rule as the board deems appropriate and necessary for the protection of the public health, safety and general welfare. -------- (L. 1992 H.B. 878 § 48)
