Title XXII OCCUPATIONS AND PROFESSIONS Chapter 340 • Effective - 28 Aug 1999 340.308. Examination for technicians — application fee — rules — notification of results. — 1. Applicants shall submit an application and the registration and examination fees at least sixty days prior to taking the examination. 2. The board shall establish by rule the score needed to pass all examinations. 3. The executive director shall notify each examinee within ninety days of the examination the results of the examination. If all the other requirements of registration have been met, the board shall issue certificates of registration to the persons who successfully completed the examination.
