Title XXII OCCUPATIONS AND PROFESSIONS Chapter 340 • Effective - 28 Aug 1999 340.322. Renewal, inactive status. — If the veterinary technician is not employed and supervised by a licensed veterinarian at the time for renewal, the certificate will be placed on inactive status until the technician finds proper employment. If the technician submits satisfactory proof that he or she has obtained employment under the supervision of a licensed veterinarian, the board shall issue a new certificate to the technician if the technician meets all other requirements and qualifications for renewal. -------- (L. 1992 H.B. 878 § 61, A.L. 1999 S.B. 424)
