Title XXII OCCUPATIONS AND PROFESSIONS Chapter 343 • Effective - 28 Aug 1978 343.100. Nonresidents to be licensed. — No person shall be permitted to sell goods or property* of any kind at auction unless he shall have resided in this state six months next preceding the time of making application for license.
