Title XXII OCCUPATIONS AND PROFESSIONS Chapter 346 • Effective - 28 Aug 2007 346.060. Examination, written and practical required. — An applicant for license by examination shall appear at a time, place, and before such persons as the board may designate to be examined by means of written and practical tests in order to demonstrate that the applicant is qualified to engage in the practice of fitting hearing instruments.
