Title XXII OCCUPATIONS AND PROFESSIONS Chapter 346 • Effective - 28 Aug 2009 346.090. Licensee to report address of business to board, record to be kept — notices, sent where. — 1. A licensee shall notify the board in writing of the regular address of the place or places where the licensee engages or intends to engage in the practice of fitting hearing instruments, and the board shall keep a record of the place of business of licensees. 2.
