Title XXII OCCUPATIONS AND PROFESSIONS Chapter 346 • Effective - 28 Aug 1995 346.250. Violations of law, penalties. — 1. Any individual, firm, corporation, partnership, trust, or association, and any officer, director, partner, trustee, agent, or employee thereof who violates the provisions of section 346.110 is guilty of a class B misdemeanor. Each violation shall be deemed a separate offense and prosecuted individually. 2.
