Title XXIII CORPORATIONS, ASSOCIATIONS AND PARTNERSHIPS Chapter 348 • Effective - 28 Aug 1995 348.266. Debts incurred not debt of the state — subject to not-for-profit corporation law. — 1. Debts incurred by the Missouri technology corporation established pursuant to the authority of sections 348.251 to 348.275 do not represent or constitute a debt of this state within the meaning of the provisions of the constitution or statutes of this state. 2.
