Public official failing to perform duties as to investment violations, penalty. — Any public official failing, neglecting or refusing to comply with any of the provisions of sections 354.320 and 354.325 shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and, upon conviction, shall be fined not less than five hundred dollars and forfeit his office. -------- (L. 1983 H.B. 127)
