Foreign professional corporations, application for certificate of authority, contents. — The application of a foreign professional corporation for a certificate of authority for the purpose of rendering professional services in this state shall include a statement that all the shareholders, at least a majority of the directors and all the officers other than the secretary and treasurer are licensed in one or more states or territories of the United States or the District of Columbia to render a professional service described in the statement of purposes of the corporation. -------- (L. 1986 H.B. 1230)
