Title XXIII CORPORATIONS, ASSOCIATIONS AND PARTNERSHIPS Chapter 358 • Effective - 28 Aug 2004 358.490. Fees charged for copies of partnership papers filed with secretary of state — certificate of good standing of partnership may be issued by secretary of state, fee. — 1. A fee in the amount of five dollars shall be paid to the secretary of state for a certified copy of any paper on file as provided for by this chapter in a written electronic format. One dollar for each additional page shall be paid to the secretary of state for written requests. Moneys from such fees shall be paid into the general revenue fund. 2. The secretary of state may issue certificates of good standing relating to the registered limited liability partnerships in a written or electronic format for a fee in the amount of five dollars, except that for issuing an abstract that recites all of the registered limited liability partnership's filings with the secretary of state, a fee of five dollars shall be paid to the secretary of state. ­­-------- (L. 1995 H.B. 558, A.L. 2004 H.B. 1664)
