Facilities not public buildings. — Facilities shall not be considered to be public buildings, structures, grounds, works, or improvements and shall not be subject to any requirements relating to public buildings, structures, grounds, works, or improvements imposed by the laws of this state or any other similar requirements which lawfully may be waived by this section, and any requirements of competitive bidding or other restriction imposed on the procedure for award of contracts for such purpose or the lease, sale, or other disposition of property of the authority is not applicable to any action taken pursuant to sections 360.010 to 360.140. -------- (L. 1975 H.B. 70 § 25)
