Number of incorporators required. — Any three or more qualified natural persons, all of whom shall be bona fide residents of this state, who desire to associate themselves for the purpose of establishing and operating a development finance corporation may subscribe, acknowledge and file with the director of finance for approval articles of incorporation as set out in section 371.080. -------- (L. 1961 p. 157 § 2, A.L. 1963 p. 478)
