Title XXIV BUSINESS AND FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS Chapter 375 • Effective - 28 Aug 1967 375.291. Company may file motion to quash service — grounds. — Nothing contained in section 375.281 shall be construed to prevent any defendant insurance company, association, or other insurer, not incorporated or authorized under the laws of this state, who has been served with process under the provisions of sections 375.256 to 375.301, from filing motion to quash service upon the ground either: (1) That the defendant insurance company, association, or other insurer has not done or committed or caused to be done or committed any of the acts enumerated in section 375.256; or (2) That the person upon whom service of process was made pursuant to the provisions of section 375.266 was not engaged in or doing any of the acts enumerated therein. ­­-------- (L. 1951 p. 276 § 375.167, A.L. 1967 p. 516)
