Officers not to use funds for private gain — penalty. — No officer, stockholder, agent or employee of any insurance company, formed under the laws of this state, or doing business herein, shall, directly or indirectly, use or employ, or permit others to use or employ, any of the money, funds or securities of such company for private profit or gain, and any such use shall be deemed a felony, punishable, upon conviction, by imprisonment in the penitentiary not less than two years nor more than five years for each offense. ­­-------- (RSMo 1939 § 6037) Prior revisions: 1929 § 5926; 1919 § 6334; 1909 § 7065
