Title XXIV BUSINESS AND FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS Chapter 376 • Effective - 28 Aug 1995 376.1025. Director may adopt rules. — The director may adopt regulations which are necessary to implement the provisions of sections 376.1000 to 376.1045 and to ensure the safe and proper operation of multiple employer self-insured health plans in this state.
