Policies issued in other states may be issued to residents of Missouri if in compliance with Missouri regulations. — No group long-term care insurance coverage may be offered to a resident of this state under a group policy issued in another state to a group described in paragraph (d) of subdivision (4) of subsection 2 of section 376.1100, unless this state or another state having statutory and regulatory long-term care insurance requirements substantially similar to those adopted in this state has made a determination that such requirements have been met. -------- (L. 1990 S.B. 765 § 4) Transferred 2002; formerly 376.953.
