Title XXIV BUSINESS AND FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS Chapter 379 • Effective - 28 Aug 1939 379.275. Policies need not be countersigned — conditions. — 1. Any law requiring that policies be countersigned and delivered through a resident agent shall not apply to any policy of such mutual company on which no commission shall be paid to any local agent. 2.
