The facility shall separately code and maintain separate statistics on business written in accordance with the foregoing program and shall make reports thereon as may be required by the committee and director. 2. The manager shall submit annually or at such other periods as may be designated by the director to the committee, the director and the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, a report setting forth the number of requests for inspections, the number of risks inspected, the number of policies written, the number of risks conditionally accepted and reinspections made, the number of risks declined, and such other information as the director may request. -------- (L. 1969 H.B. 772 § 379.131, A.L. 1986 S.B. 701)
