Title XXIX OWNERSHIP AND CONVEYANCE OF PROPERTY Chapter 442 Effective - 28 Aug 1939 442.140. Execution of deeds in foreign language — translation — recording. — 1. All deeds, mortgages or other instruments of writing conveying or affecting real estate, and all proofs and acknowledgments of the same executed in a foreign country, and in accordance with the laws of this state, may be made and taken in the language of such country. 2.
