Title XXIX OWNERSHIP AND CONVEYANCE OF PROPERTY Chapter 448 • Effective - 28 Aug 1983 448.4-108. Purchaser's right to cancel. — A person required to deliver an original sale certificate pursuant to subsection 3 of section 448.4-102 shall provide a purchaser of a unit with a copy of the original sale certificate and all amendments thereto before conveyance of that unit and not later than the date of any contract of sale. Unless a purchaser is given the original sale certificate more than ten days before execution of a contract for the purchase of a unit, the purchaser, before conveyance, may cancel the contract within ten days after first receiving the original sale certificate or five days after execution of the contract, whichever is longer. -------- (L. 1983 H.B. 177)
