The declarant shall complete all improvements labeled 'SHALL BE BUILT' on plats or plans prepared pursuant to section 448.2-109. 2. The declarant is subject to liability for the prompt repair and restoration, to a condition compatible with the remainder of the condominium, of any portion of the condominium affected by the exercise of rights reserved pursuant to or created by sections 448.2-110, 448.2-111, 448.2-112, 448.2-113, 448.2-115, and 448.2-116. -------- (L. 1983 H.B. 177)
