Title XXV INCORPORATION AND REGULATION OF CERTAIN UTILITIES AND CARRIERS Chapter 387 • Effective - 28 Aug 1996 387.010. Application of chapter. — The provisions of this chapter shall apply to the transportation of passengers or household goods from one point to another within this state, and to any motor carrier, as defined in section 390.020, performing such service.
