Title XXV INCORPORATION AND REGULATION OF CERTAIN UTILITIES AND CARRIERS Chapter 387 • Effective - 28 Aug 2012 387.207. Authority of division to fix rates, tolls, charges and schedules. — 1. All rates, tolls, charges, schedules and joint rates fixed by the state highways and transportation commission with reference to the transportation of passengers by motor carrier shall be in force and shall be prima facie lawful, and all regulations, practices and services prescribed by the commission shall be in force and shall be prima facie lawful and reasonable until found otherwise in a suit brought for that purpose pursuant to the provisions of this chapter. 2.
