Title XXV INCORPORATION AND REGULATION OF CERTAIN UTILITIES AND CARRIERS Chapter 390 • Effective - 28 Aug 1951 390.151. Law not to interfere with police control of use of highways. — No provision in sections 390.011 to 390.176 shall be so construed as to deprive any county or municipality within this state of the right of police control over the use of its public highways, or the state highways and transportation commission of the right of police control over the use of the state highways. ­­-------- (L. 1951 p. 547 § 390.174) (1964) The venue of actions to recover penalties or forfeitures, when instituted by summons, is determined by the provisions of section 501.010, RSMo.
