Title XXVI TRADE AND COMMERCE Chapter 400 • Effective - 28 Aug 2020, 4 histories 400.9-528. Additional fee — expiration date. — The secretary of state may collect an additional fee of five dollars on each and every fee paid to the secretary of state as required in chapter 400.9. All fees collected as provided in this section shall be deposited in the state treasury and credited to the secretary of state's technology trust fund account.
