Acceptance of additional property by custodian, court approval required, court's powers. — When a personal custodianship has been established for a beneficiary, the court may authorize the personal custodian to accept and receive into the personal custodianship any additional property that belongs to a beneficiary who is or has become incapacitated, with or without bond and with or without court supervision, upon such terms and conditions as the court may require. -------- (L. 1986 S.B. 651 § 4 subsec. 6)
