Director may enjoin violations. — The director may enjoin a warehouseman from violating or continuing to violate the provisions of this chapter and the rules and regulations adopted by the director pursuant to this chapter by filing injunction proceedings in the circuit court and in any such proceedings the circuit court, if it deems it proper, may order the warehouseman to not receive any more grain into such warehouse or to deliver any grain therefrom except as the court by its order shall direct. The injunction shall be prosecuted by the attorney general or the prosecuting attorney of the proper county upon request of the director. -------- (L. 1965 p. 606)
