Issuance of receipt without indicating warehouseman's ownership — penalty. — Where there is deposited with or held by a warehouseman grain of which he is the owner, either solely or jointly, or in common with others, the warehouseman who knowing this ownership issues or aids in issuing a negotiable receipt for that grain which does not state such ownership is guilty of a crime, and upon conviction shall be punished for each offense by imprisonment by the department of corrections and human resources for not less than two nor more than five years. -------- (L. 1965 p. 606)
