Title XXVI TRADE AND COMMERCE Chapter 411 • Effective - 28 Aug 1986 411.760. Remedies provided are in addition to and not exclusive. — 1. Any remedy provided by this chapter shall not be deemed to preclude any other remedy provided for by common law or under any other statutes. Recovery by a depositor on the warehouseman's bond shall not be his sole or exclusive remedy, and shall not bar a civil action against the warehouseman or surety based upon rights or obligations under a storage agreement. 2. The grain warehouseman's bond shall be paid only to those depositors who are deemed to have a right of recovery against such bond as set forth under the provisions of this chapter. -------- (L. 1977 S.B. 75 § 16, A.L. 1986 H.B. 1578) Effective 4-22-86
