Sales or purchases of gasoline or any other class I flammable liquids shall be made only in closed containers, red in color, clearly marked with the name of the product contained therein and constructed of metal or other approved material. 2. Sales or purchases of kerosene, diesel fuel, fuel oil, or any other class II combustible liquids shall be made only in containers clearly marked with the name of the product contained therein and constructed of metal or other approved material with a tight closure. -------- (L. 1987 S.B. 249) Effective 1-01-88
