Title XXVI TRADE AND COMMERCE Chapter 414 • Effective - 28 Aug 1993 414.520. Promulgation of regulations. — Within one hundred eighty days after August 28, 1993, the director shall publish proposed regulations in the Missouri Register for implementation of the policies provided for in sections 414.500 to 414.590. After notice and opportunity for public comment as required by law, the director shall issue regulations which shall become effective not later than one hundred eighty days following publication of the proposed regulations. -------- (L. 1993 S.B. 178 § 3)
