What constitutes evidence. — The use by any person engaged in manufacturing, bottling or selling liquids, of a vessel marked or distinguished as aforesaid, the description of which has been filed and published as provided in section 417.250, without the written consent of, or purchase from, the owner thereof, or the buying, selling, disposing of or trafficking in such vessels or any part thereof by such person without such written consent or purchase; or the possession by any junk dealer or dealer in secondhand articles of any such vessels, or any part thereof, without the written consent of or purchase from the owner thereof, shall be prima facie evidence of unlawful use, possession of or traffic in the same. -------- (RSMo 1939 § 15474) Prior revisions: 1929 § 14350; 1919 § 13284
