Title XXVII DEBTOR-CREDITOR RELATIONS Chapter 430 • Effective - 28 Aug 1984 430.400. Definitions. — As used in sections 430.400 to 430.407, the following terms mean: (1) 'Customer', any individual or entity who causes a plastic fabricator to fabricate, cast or otherwise make a die, mold, form, or pattern; or who causes a plastic fabricator to use a die, mold, form or pattern to manufacture, assemble, or otherwise make a plastic product; (2) 'Plastic fabricator', any individual or entity who fabricates, casts or otherwise makes a die, mold, form or pattern; or who uses a die, mold, form or pattern to manufacture, assemble, or otherwise make a plastic product. -------- (L. 1984 H.B. 975 § 1)
