Constitutionality. — If any provision of sections 435.350 to 435.470 or the application thereof to any person or circumstance is held invalid, the invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications of sections 435.350 to 435.470 which can be given without the invalid provision or application, and to this end the provisions of sections 435.350 to 435.470 are severable. -------- (L. 1980 H.B. 1203 § 22)
