Communications not discoverable, when — work-product doctrine and attorney-client privilege not abrogated. — No communication between the consumer's attorney in the legal claim and the consumer legal funding company necessary to ascertain the status of a legal claim or a legal claim's expected value shall be discoverable by a party with whom the claim is filed or against whom the claim is asserted.
