Title XXX DOMESTIC RELATIONS Chapter 454 • Effective - 28 Aug 2011 454.1509. Remedies cumulative. — (a) Remedies provided by sections 454.1500 to 454.1728 are cumulative and do not affect the availability of remedies under other law or the recognition of a foreign support order on the basis of comity. (b) Sections 454.1500 to 454.1728 do not: (1) provide the exclusive method of establishing or enforcing a support order under the law of this state; or (2) grant a tribunal of this state jurisdiction to render judgment or issue an order relating to child custody or visitation in a proceeding under sections 454.1500 to 454.1728. -------- (L. 2011 H.B. 260) Effective 6-15-16, see § 454.1728
