Title XXXI TRUSTS AND ESTATES OF DECEDENTS AND PERSONS UNDER DISABILITY Chapter 456 • Effective - 01 Jan 2005, see footnote 456.1-109. Methods and waiver of notice. — 1. Notice to a person under sections 456.1-101 to 456.11-1106 or the sending of a document to a person under sections 456.1-101 to 456.11-1106 must be accomplished in a manner reasonably suitable under the circumstances and likely to result in receipt of the notice or document.
